Deadline

The call for speakers will be open till May 18th, 2026. No late submissions will be accepted.

New speakers are encouraged to apply. We provide mentoring and constructive feedback to help you deliver a successful session and build confidence in public speaking.

How We Select Sessions

We use an anonymous review process. Sessions are chosen based on title and description only. Speakers must keep sessions educational — product pitches and sales presentations are not permitted.

Review

Anonymous reviewers rate abstracts for quality and relevance.

Speaker Support

We welcome first-time speakers and can pair you with mentors to help prepare your session.

Quick FAQ

Can I present with a co-speaker?

Yes. Provide names and roles for all presenters in your submission.

Are travel stipends available?

This is a free community event and as such we can not offer support with travel costs. We do appreciate our speakers and in the past have provided a hotel discount rate.
