Register:
Please go to the registration page and register as a speaker by using the voucher: SPONSOR. You will be given the option to add a ticket for the “Welcome Dinner” as well as a ticket for one guest which we will do our best to accommodate. The registration process can be a little challenging so we have create a walkthrough. Please use the link below for registration instructions and screen shots. 

Event App:
We use the Run.Events app for our event. You can use this app to scan badges at the event for folks you interact with. You can download the app from your mobile device's app store. In order to be able to scan attendees you will need to make sure that all the people that will be staffing your table be registered. Once they are registered we can sent them an invitation to connect to your organization which they will need to accept. Please reach out to Derek if you have any questions.

Welcome Dinner:
This year's Speaker/Sponsor Thank You dinner to be held on Thursday, October 15, 2026, from 6-9pm at the Archer Hotel, 18 3rd Ave, Burlington, MA. (MAP). As stated above in the Register section, please make sure you add the “Welcome Dinner” ticket to your registration. It’s free, it just helps us get a good headcount. If you have questions about this limitation, please reach out to us at info@collabdaysne.org.

Where to Stay:
We have reserved a block of rooms at the Archer Hotel, 18 3rd Ave, Burlington, MA for a special rate of $269/night. There is a limit to the number of rooms we have reserved, and they will be available on a first come first served basis and the deadline is 9/16/2026. * The hotel's booking page should allow you to book the night before the event (Thursday, Oct 15th), and also nights on either side (Wednesday, Oct 14th and Friday, Oct 16th). If you would like additional nights, or do not see those nights available, please book the one night and then send an email to Julia Marzullo at julia.marzullo@archerhotel.com. In the email include your confirmation number, a reference to 'CollabDays New England', and the dates of the additional nights you are requesting. She will then extend your reservation at the same nightly rate.

• Complimentary in-room Nespresso coffee experience
• Complimentary access to fitness studio with Peloton bike
• Daily turndown treats
• $25 Drink + Dine credit, one per reservation
• Credit can be used throughout the hotel (bar, restaurants, in-room dining, to-go) but cannot be applied towards room rates, valet parking, mini bar, market, pantry or souvenirs.
