Thank you again for being a sponsor with CollabDays New England 2026! Below is some logistics about the event and your attendance. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions or need clarification by sending a message to derekcp@sympraxisconsulting.com.

OUT OF TOWNERS: ROOM RESERVATION DEADLINE is September 16, 2026!!!!

Register:

  • Please go to the registration page and register as a speaker by using the voucher: SPONSOR
  • Add one ticket for SPONSOR
  • Checkout and Assign the ticket to yourself and select a lunch option
  • Once assigned, click proceed
  • Assign to an individual and Confirm Registration
You will then want to Manager your Ticket to:
  • Add a ticket to the "Welcome Dinner"
  • OPTIONAL: Add a ticket for one guest. We will do our best to accommodate guests based on space.

Event App:
We use the Run.Events app for our event. You can use this app to scan badges at the event for folks you interact with. You can download the app from your mobile device's app store. In order to be able to scan attendees you will need to make sure that all the people that will be staffing your table be registered for the event. Once they are registered we can send them an invitation to connect to your organization which they will need to accept. Please reach out to Derek if you have any questions.

Welcome Dinner:
This year's Speaker/Sponsor Welcome dinner to be held on Thursday, October 15, 2026, from 6-9pm at the Archer Hotel, 18 3rd Ave, Burlington, MA. (MAP). As stated above in the Register section, please make sure you add the “Welcome Dinner” ticket to your registration. It’s free, it just helps us get a good headcount. If you have questions about this limitation, please reach out to us at info@collabdaysne.org.

Table Set Up:
For those of you who have a table with your sponsorship, table set up will be from 2-4pm on Thursday, October 15th, 2026. There will be a CDNE representative available at the venue located at 5 Wayside Road, Burlington, MA 01803 during that time. Please ensure that you have someone at the venue at this time. Tables and power strips are provided but anything else you'll need to bring with you. 

Please note: the morning of the event is very chaotic and CDNE staff will not be able to assist you with set up on the morning of the event. 

Where to Stay:
We have reserved a block of rooms at the Archer Hotel, 18 3rd Ave, Burlington, MA for a special rate of $269/night. There is a limit to the number of rooms we have reserved, and they will be available on a first come first served basis and the deadline is 9/16/2026. * The hotel's booking page should allow you to book the night before the event (Thursday, Oct 15th), and also nights on either side (Wednesday, Oct 14th and Friday, Oct 16th). If you would like additional nights, or do not see those nights available, please book the one night and then send an email to Julia Marzullo at julia.marzullo@archerhotel.com. In the email include your confirmation number, a reference to 'CollabDays New England', and the dates of the additional nights you are requesting. She will then extend your reservation at the same nightly rate.

Rooms include:

  • Complimentary high-speed internet access for traveler’s own devices
  • Complimentary in-room bottled water
  • Complimentary in-room Nespresso coffee experience
  • Complimentary access to fitness studio with Peloton bike
  • Daily turndown treats
  • $25 Drink + Dine credit, one per reservation
  • Credit can be used throughout the hotel (bar, restaurants, in-room dining, to-go) but cannot be applied towards room rates, valet parking, mini bar, market, pantry or souvenirs.
