How we handle attendee information
What do we use your data for?
We use the data you share only for the purpose of the event. That includes running registration and communicating with attendees about CollabDays New England 2026.
What happens when I register?
When you register, you are added to the CollabDays New England mailing list. You can unsubscribe at any time.
How is my information used in sponsor materials?
The data attendees share is aggregated and used in the sponsor prospectus so we can understand industries, roles, and similar trends. No identifying information is used in that aggregated reporting.
Is my information shared with sponsors?
During registration, attendees are asked whether they want to opt out of sponsor data sharing. If you do not select yes to that option, your name, email address, industry, and other registration answers are shared with sponsors for the current year's event only.
Do you sell attendee data after the event?
No. We do not sell attendee data after the fact.

CollabDays New England 2026 is organized by the CollabDays New England Organizing Committee.
